There are countless sources of information regarding family law, divorce, parenting, mediation and collaborative law in print and on the internet (some good and some not so good). We recommend that everyone planning to use the collaborative approach to resolve a family law conflict read The Collaborative Way to Divorce by Stuart Webb and Ron Ousky for a realistic and personal explanation of how and why the collaborative approach can and does work.
